Another month has passed, and the New Year motivation to make big changes in your life has died down a little.

But the enthusiasm for building a brand new DIY conservatory is still there.

More people than ever before are enjoying the benefits of a home extension – and you could be too.

You can be like Mr Scott, from Birmingham, and one of our valued Conservatory Land customers.

Mr Scott already had a conservatory installed. But it was a little old and tired looking, so he was looking for a replacement.

He came to Conservatory Land after seeing one of our adverts in a national newspaper, and was impressed with what he saw when he visited our factory showroom in Mansfield.

After weighing up his options, Mr Scott decided to purchase a small DIY lean-to conservatory, to act as a sunroom for his home.

The Project Technical Specifications

Mr Scott asked that we create a small lean-to conservatory that could be built onto his existing base.

This is something we often do for our customers.

Before beginning the manufacturing process, we designed a few drawings to show Mr Scott what the final product will look like – which you can see below:

As mentioned, this was a lean-to conservatory, that featured standard glass, white handles, and Regan moulded insulated panels.

The Installation Process

Although some of our customers choose to hire a local builder to construct these conservatories, many decide to do it themselves.

Our DIY extensions are simply to put together. We include comprehensive instructions, and technical support is available over the phone.

Mr Scott went for the latter option. He only needed to speak to our team on a couple of occasions, and otherwise had no issues perfectly completing this installation.
