How much does a small conservatory cost?
Small conservatories tend to be less expensive than larger versions because they use fewer materials and require less labour to produce. The exact cost can vary depending on what style you choose, but generally speaking, lean-to conservatories can start from a couple of thousand pounds.
Please see our small conservatories cost table below for some specific examples:
|Conservatory Style||Model||Size||Price From|
|Lean-to||Dwarf Wall||3m x 3m||£3,595|
|Edwardian||Dwarf Wall||3m x 3m||£4,195|
|Hipped Back Edwardian||Dwarf Wall||3m x 3m||£5,295|
|Victorian||Dwarf Wall||3m x 3m||£3,995|
|Gable Front||Dwarf Wall||3m x 3m||£4,195|
|P-Shape||Dwarf Wall||3.5m x 3m||£4,975|
|T-Shape||Dwarf Wall||4m x 3m||£5,895|
|Orangery||Dwarf Wall||3m x 3m||£6,095|
Most of the prices above refer to 3m x 3m conservatories, however if you had something more compact – or even a bespoke shape – in mind, just let us know and we can get back to you with a personalised quote.

Explore all small conservatory styles and designs
Whether you have a specific idea of the type of conservatory you’re looking for, or you want a bit of inspiration to get you started, you certainly don’t need to let limited space – or budget – hold you back from finding your perfect small conservatory.
From space-saving lean-to installations, to stylish and comfortable Victorian versions, we’ve got plenty for you to choose from.
Small conservatory materials
Our small conservatories are built with long-lasting and high insulating materials, to ensure they’re comfortable, hardwearing and energy efficient.
Full glass or dwarf wall style
Choose between floor to ceiling glass or a brick dwarf wall, depending on the style and finish you want. While full glass will let in as much light as possible and can be more cost-effective, a dwarf wall can help reduce the temperature in the summer months and limit how often you need to clean the glass, because it acts as a barrier between ground-level dirt and your windows.
Polycarbonate or glass roofing
Our small conservatories are built with an insulating polycarbonate (plastic) roofing system, up to 32mm thick. Prefer glass? No problem. Our glass roofs can be filled with Argon gas to increase insulation and soundproofing. Plus, they provide a great view.
At ConservatoryLand, we have a variety of door options for you to choose from – think french, patio, bi-fold and panelled. The perfect way to maximise space and style.
Frames that last
We manufacture all our conservatory frames from 100% lead-free PVCu profiles. They’re designed for easy assembly and to last a lifetime.
Your choice of glazing
Want to add the perfect finishing touch to your small conservatory? We offer a choice of decorative finishes and glazings – from leaded lights and Georgian bars to blue self-cleaning solar control glass.
