Everyone seems to love our lean-to conservatories. They’re very popular. And it’s easy to see why.

May’s official Conservatory Land Customer of the Month is another of our satisfied clients to have purchased a lean-to conservatory.

Mr MacDonald, from County Durham, was looking for something that would offer some seclusion. After considering a few conservatory privacy ideas, he settled on one of our beautiful extensions – complete with privacy panels.

This is not the first time we’ve catered to such a request. Last year, a customer bought a Gable End Conservatory that featured full-height brick walls.

How close can you build a conservatory to a boundary?

Well, as long as it falls in line with building regulations, and planning permission guidelines – you should be able to build wherever you want.

Mr Macdonald built his conservatory next to a fence.
