Building Mr Ojeda’s Edwardian conservatory

We delivered Mr Ojeda’s conservatory with simple step-by-step instructions, so he had everything he needed to install his project.

He opted to use ConservaBase, our made-to-measure conservatory base system that provides long-lasting foundations. He began by digging the holes for concrete pads using our easy-to-follow pad plan. The steel base fits together effortlessly, so Mr Ojeda quickly completed the rest of the base. And thanks to fully welded steel sections, there will be no flex when he walks on the floor.

Once the base was installed, Mr Ojeda constructed the walls. He chose a rustic inferno brick skirt with a light sandstone mortar finish that complemented his property’s brickwork. For the frames, he opted for white uPVC to match his home’s existing window and door frames.

Mr Ojeda selected double doors for the front of his conservatory to provide easy access to the garden. During the warmer months, he can open the doors to let fresh air inside, creating a seamless flow between his interior and outdoor spaces.

With various customisation options to choose from, Mr Ojeda opted for blue self cleaning, solar control glass for the roof. His conservatory will be cleaner for longer, and the solar control glass will reduce heat build-up, allowing him to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable space all year.

Finally, Mr Ojeda installed flooring and added a sofa and table so that he and his family could relax in a brand new sun-soaked room. Delighted with his ConservatoryLand experience, Mr Ojeda found the installation process quick and easy.
