Looking for ways to enjoy the outdoors more, while creating extra living space, Mr Broomhead saw an advert for ConservatoryLand and decided that adding a conservatory to the back of his house would be an ideal solution.

Being south-facing, Mr Broomhead enjoys sitting in the garden when the sun is out, but rain had often put a stop to that. He felt that a conservatory would provide him with the same sense of being outside, with sunlight flooding in, but still keeping him sheltered from the elements.

After coming across ConservatoryLand, Mr Broomhead called out of curiosity. He spoke with a helpful member of the team, sent through his measurements and some photos, and the project got underway from there.

Watch Mr Broomhead’s video testimonial below to hear how the conservatory has given him the feeling of being outdoors, whatever the weather.

Mr Broomhead chose to go with a payment plan, which he found simple and flexible, with no hard sell.

The option made the project even more accessible, allowing him to spread the cost in a way that suited his budget while still moving ahead with the conservatory he really wanted.

Building Mr Broomhead’s Lean-to Conservatory

Mr Broomhead can now enjoy a bright, versatile space that has become his main living area.

Whether it’s a sunny afternoon or a rainy day, the conservatory provides a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy the garden without stepping outdoors.

Mr Broomhead commented that everyone involved at ConservatoryLand was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

The natural exposed brickwork inside adds a charming feature and unites everything, making the conservatory feel like a seamless extension of the home.

The room offers a flexible space for daily living, relaxing with a cup of tea, or reading a magazine or newspaper. The large windows and doors frame the garden beautifully, connecting the indoors with the outdoors.

Friends and family have all complimented the new addition, praising how quickly the conservatory went up.

Mr Broomhead is thrilled with how the project came together and would happily recommend ConservatoryLand to anyone considering a conservatory. He even added that the decision was simple: “just go ahead with it, you won’t regret it”.
