Building Miss Ten Brink-Ebersohn’s Edwardian conservatory
We delivered Miss Ten Brink-Ebersohn’s conservatory directly to her door ready for construction.
She chose to use our Approved Installers to help with the installation. We assigned a local professional from our network to build the conservatory, and because each installer has been thoroughly vetted by ConservatoryLand, she was confident that the project would be completed quickly and to the highest standard.
Miss Ten Brink-Ebersohn opted to use our ConservaBase for a seamless and speedy build. This all-in-one base, floor and wall system is quick to assemble and ensures safe, secure and moisture-resistant foundations.
The Approved Installer fitted concrete pads before installing the steel base. Thanks to our high-quality, fully welded sections, Miss Ten Brink-Ebersohn’s conservatory would have solid foundations that won’t flex when walked on.
After building the base, the installer assembled the uPVC conservatory frames. Miss Ten Brink-Ebersohn selected a grey on white colour scheme and chrome handles for an entirely bespoke conservatory.
She added double doors to the front of her conservatory, allowing her to open up the room on warm days to enjoy the fresh air.
She chose blue self-cleaning, solar control glass for the roof. It’s quieter than polycarbonate roofs when it rains or hails, prevents heat build-up and requires very little maintenance thanks to a special coating that breaks down dirt.
Miss Ten Brink-Ebersohn’s modern lean-to was completed in a couple of days, and she was thrilled with the result. The sloping roof and large glass frames maximise the natural light entering the room and provide beautiful views of her garden. She added her final touches, including a dining room table. With her new, sun-filled conservatory ready to use, her family had the much-needed space they wanted.
